Purpose of Reflective Space in Early Intervention
Early Intervention practitioners need a collaborative environment where they can pause and reflect on their emotional responses, thoughts, and experiences related to their work with children and families.
Our Commitment at CFC #9
We aim to provide a space that promotes self-awareness, supports responsive practices, and ultimately improves outcomes for the children and families we serve.
What This Space Offers
• An environment where vulnerabilities, biases, stress, and power dynamics can be explored openly and respectfully.
• A group process focused on active listening, asking open-ended questions, and engaging in reflective inquiry—rather than jumping to direct solutions.
Our Goal
To create a supportive, reflective culture that strengthens professional growth and enhances the quality of care in the Early Intervention field.
