| Description |
CFC 1 early intervention service coordinators will participate in monthly professional development through reflective and case consultation group meetings. Group discussion will focus on themes and topics related to service coordinator services. The goal of the group is to offer a space of support and reflection with an opportunity to develop understanding and skills in relationship-based early intervention. The reflective/case consultation group process allows for the exploration of experiences and events from different perspectives. The reflective/case consultation group will consist of providers sharing current cases focusing on strengths, challenges, and collaborative exploration of next steps. Meetings will be facilitated by the CFC Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant. The specific topic of discussion for January 2026 will focus on exploring the challenges and joys of supporting parents/families of medically involved children.
