| Description |
CFC 1 Social Emotional Providers will participate in quarterly professional development through reflective and case consultation group meetings. Group discussion will focus on themes and topics related to the work of Social Emotional Providers. The goal of this group is to offer a space of support and reflection. In addition, the reflective/case consultation group process allows for the exploration of experiences and events from different perspectives. Case Consultation groups will consist of Social Emotional Providers sharing current cases focusing on strengths, challenges, and collaborative exploration of next steps. The consultation meeting will be facilitated by the CFC Infant Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant (IECMHC). The group provides Social Emotional Providers with an opportunity to develop understanding and skills in relationship-based EI.
