| Description |
The purpose of this session is to share the findings from multiple projects resulting from a multi-disciplinary consortium of therapists, physicians, nurses, parents and researchers focused in improving transition from the NICU to home. This presentation will present key findings from the consortium’s projects including a comprehensive literature review on the evidence, and Delphi process to develop expert consensus on intervention principles, and a qualitative analysis of parent’s experience in the transition from NICU to home. The presenters will used active learning strategies to help participants with the integration of the findings from these project to improve clinical care.
