Multi-Cultural Issues in the Helping Field Spring 2012 Lunch Series

Description

Focused on increased awareness and development of clinical skills, this series provides both self-exploration and immediately applicable practical information to help clinicians better identify the factors that impact successful helping relationships with clients. The 15 hour course is designed to offer time for self-reflection and exploration between sessions. ALL DATES MUST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE ANY CREDIT.

March 28, 2012 11:00 am – 12:30 pm–Communication styles of Contemporary Immigrants
April 11, 2012 11:00 am – 1:00 pm – Identifying differences between therapists/client
April 18th, 2012 11:00 am – 1:00 pm – Increasing self-awareness
