Autism Awareness and Resource Forum

Description

The purpose of this program is to bring our community of professionals together to discuss autism research, practices, and services within the community. We will explore the functioning of the central nervous system and how it looks for children on the autism spectrum. We will discuss diagnostic criteria and how to identify characteristics of autism in children. Additionally, this forum will give participants the opportunity to engage in discussions and collaboratively identify and problem solve where the gaps of service are within our community.
