Description

Service Coordinators are often caught in the middle of providers and families requesting specific services such as those to address feeding and swallowing issues in infants and toddlers in early intervention. This two hour training will help service coordinators better understand what typical feeding and swallowing development looks like in infants and toddler, what situation may arise to cause concerns or atypical development, how providers assess this area of development, how to help families understand this area, and finally, what types of intervention strategies providers use to address feeding and swallowing in infants and toddlers in early intervention.
