This workshop will provide service coordinators and CFC staff with information and resources related to transitions into, within, and out of early intervention. CFC Service Coordinators and other support staff will feeling confident in how to use the Where Will I Be When I’m Three workbook and cd. Service Coordinators will be comfortable in talking about transition and utilizing the checklists from the Transition chapter in Bonnie Keilty’s book, A Guide to Early Intervention.
