Using Functional Outcomes as a Guide to Intervention

Description

This 1-hour workshop was designed for therapists who primarily work in a rehabilitative setting with young children with disabilities. Dr. Morgan defined functional outcomes, described their purpose and function, and shared their importance and relevance to on-going therapy for young children. Participants learned how to write a succinct functional outcome and how to effectively communicate that outcome to the family and treating physician.
