| Description |
This workshop will help therapists understand how to appropriately transition a child through the Early Intervention System. Using a case study, the therapists will follow a child from starting EI at 3.5 months through his discharge at 2 ½ years. We will explore and discuss how to work as a team and use the IFSP as a fluid document to meet the child’s and parents’ needs as the child ages.
