Sensory Diet Principles for Young Children and Their Families

Description

The objective of this presentation is to describe what a Sensory Modulation Disorder is and the impact it can have on the daily function of the child and family. This will include red flags in each sensory system for the main categories of SPD; "Sensory Diet" principles: accommodations/modifications and sensory activitires, as well as resources that may be used as feeding, dressing, hygene and sleeping.
