This session will focus on effective engagement prior to and during an encounter or visit. Particular emphasis will be on strengths, challenges, and opportunities during encounters and home visits. Participants will explore issues of health and safety; boundaries; balancing family and child needs during an encounter/visit;focusing on goals (program,family,child) and including other family members on a visit. The session will also address team approach to meaningful encounters/visits
