| Description |
This workshop will explain the process of transition when children move from Early Intervention services to Early Childhood Special Education. The differences between Individual Family Support Plans (IFSPs) and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) will be explained as well as the requirements of the federal and state special education regulations. Parent involvement in the IEP process will be discussed and participants will learn participation strategies.
