Facilitation of Early Intervention Meetings

Description

The early intervention meeting - initial meetings, 6 month meetings, justification meetings and exit meetings - all have different purposes for a family and their child. As the Service Coordinator, your role is to facilitate the meeting so that the team and family members are planning together and determining the appropriate next steps. This training will be an opportunity to learn more about the expectations and details for each of these various meetings, so you can facilitate the family and team planning for the child/family.
