Description |
The DIRĀ® model provides tools for understanding individual differences, facilitating parent-child relationships, and honing clinical skills to effect changes in social affect and social communication in children age birth-to-three. This workshop seeks to improve quality of family-focused and family-centered intervention for families in the Early Intervention by increasing providers' clinical skills in DIRĀ® floor time strategies. It provides a forum in which multidisciplinary providers can collaborate to resolve challenges facing the providers in their own caseloads.
