This course provided the participant with an overview of the diagnosis and treatment of children with Asperger’s Disorder, PDD-NOS, and Autism, as well as their differential diagnosis.

Objectives:

By the end of the presentation, the participant will be able to:

1) Demonstrate a better understanding of testing procedures and data analysis.

2) Understand the process of differential diagnosis of Asperger's Disorder, PDD-NOS, and Autism.

3) Explain positive strategies for dealing with children on the PDD/autism spectrum and their families.
