New Provider Orientation

Description

When providers are new to EI, they often have questions about the practices and protocol’s their local CFC used for service delivery. New Provider Orientation is an opportunity for newly enrolled EI providers or providers new to the service area to familiarize themselves with CFC #15’s staff, organization, and internal practices. Providers will be able to meet the Program Manager, Assistant Program Manager, Lead Provider Service Coordinator, LIC Coordinator, Social Emotional Consultant/Resource Coordinator, and Technical Assistance Consultant. Providers will learn the purpose of each person’s role in our daily systems and be able to ask questions. Orientation will include how providers are placed on teams, our evaluation team book, our delay list and e-mail system, and EI philosophy. Providers will leave with a thorough understanding of our processes, systems, and the in's and out's of service delivery for families at CFC #15.
