Description |
This workshop will cover a variety of topics beginning with developmentally appropriate feeding expectations. Participants will be introduced to the importance of positioning when feeding and eating. We will discuss picky eaters and ways in which family variables influence feeding and eating behaviors. Feeding and eating are inherently social activities. When it comes to children, feeding and eating occur in the context of a family. Related issues of nutrition, exercise and even bowel habits will be discussed. If it’s related to feeding and eating, we’ll be discussing it.
