| Description |
In the Coaching Model, early childhood professionals tap into teams' strengths to help them develop new skills. Participants will review the benefits, challenges and strategies of the model in delivering EI Services. They will practice conducting routine-based interviews that have been shown to support meaningful Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) outcomes and strategies.
