Participants complete these online modules and attend a one day, face-to-face workshop in order to meet the IL Early Intervention Systems Training requirement. Completion of both the online modules as well as attendance at the one day face to face session is required. These modules provide an overview of State and Federal rules/regulations; eligibility criteria; roles and responsibilities of those key to service delivery; parents' rights/procedural safeguards; evaluation and assessment process; and implementation of the IFSP. The face-to-face follow up session includes interactive group discussion and activities as well as current information relative to State policies/procedures and issues related to best practice in Illinois early intervention.
