This training is specifically designed for Service Coordinators in the Early Intervention system. This training will provide a practical guide teaching strategies to overcome overthinking, set boundaries, and break free from emotional reactivity and self-sabotage patterns. This session will look at ways to engage our brain using the cerebral cortex and logical thinking, rather than reacting impulsively from the amygdala or reptilian brain. Information drawn from the book titled "Stop Letting Everything Affect You." The book offers practical insights for social and emotional education and their application in our field.
