CFC 10 Service Coordinators (SCs) and the Social-Emotional Consultant (SEC) will engage in monthly professional development through reflective and case consultation group meetings. These discussions will center around themes and topics relevant to service coordination work, creating a space for support and reflection. The consultation process will also allow participants to examine experiences and events from various perspectives. During these sessions, SCs will present current cases, focusing on strengths, challenges, and collaboratively exploring next steps. The meetings will be facilitated by the CFC Social-Emotional Consultant, offering SCs opportunities to enhance their understanding and skills in relationship-based early intervention.
