This discussion is based around caregiver capacity building and it's use in Early Intervention. Research on coaching is reviewed and a current coaching training program occurring in an EI program. Discussion around use of coaching in IL and how to achieve fidelity with providers. Also discussion around parent education with coaching models and expectations of EI providers.
