CFC 10 SCs and SEC will participate in monthly professional development through reflective and case consultation group meetings. Group discussions will focus on themes and topics related to the work of service coordination. The goal of this group is to offer a space of support and reflection. In addition, the reflective/case consultation group process allows for the exploration of experiences and events from different perspectives. Case Consultation groups will consist of SCs sharing current cases focusing on strengths, challenges, and collaborative exploration of next steps. The consultation meeting will be facilitated by the CFC Social-Emotional Consultant. The group looks to provide Service Coordinators (SCs) with an opportunity to develop understanding and skills in relationship-based EI.
