These monthly reflective practice groups are for CFC 3 service coordinators and are intended to support the use of reflective consultation in early intervention through the use of a monthly discussion facilitated by Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant, Shannon Nelson. Reflective topics to be addressed include but are not limited to working with families and providers, challenges in our roles as early interventionists, working with various systems and community agencies, and successes within our work.
