As a seasoned teacher, new to the itinerant world, Adrianne started her first year oblivious to ways to holistically evaluate the population of students she was working with. Through countless hours of research, brainstorming with colleagues, leaning on mentors, and trusting her teacher gut, Adrianne would like to share her roadmap to evaluations. It is not perfect and will always have room for growth. However, she hopes that this tool and resources will help create less work for those in the trenches.
