The Infant Toddler Activity Card Sort is a caregiver centered assessment tool that is utilize to create functional, family focused goals. Overview of assessment will be discussed, data on outcomes with 3 month pre/post scores, recent research on the assessment tool and family feedback. This is a tool that can be utilized by practitioners to guide interventions and track progress with goals over time. This meeting is also combined with OT case studies.
