Coaching Essentials: Reflection, Practice, and Discussion

This interactive discussion and workshop is a follow up to the three-part Coaching series held January -March 2023. This workshop is for the EI provider who is using a coaching approach with families and would like additional support and practice. This is an opportunity for EI providers to share what is working and what has been challenging when coaching families in EI and get additional support. Please bring examples of experiences or challenges you have had while coaching, and be prepared to practice during the workshop. This is not a training but a time for attendees to reflect on, share, practice, and discuss coaching skills as part of a facilitated discussion. The size of the group may be limited to allow for discussion and practice.
