CFC7 is hosting a Lunch and Learn to discuss the new criteria used by the Monitoring agency to review IFSP outcomes. This one hour training will review the tool/criteria used and many sample outcomes from actual cases will be shared with "before" and "after" wording. Revision suggestions will be shared to help teams write outcomes that are functional, measurable and tied to everyday routines. We are encouraging all providers to attend, especially those that conduct initial evaluations/assessments for CFC7. Providers can choose which session fits into their schedule.
