Transition from Early Intervention to Early Childhood Education

Peggy Delaney will inform providers of the requirements and procedures of the transition process from Early Intervention to Early Childhood Special Education Services. This workshop will state the roles and responsibilities of the partners in transition and recognize perspectives and expectations of the transition partners. Integrating effective strategies to ensure a smooth transition for children and families will also be discussed.
