This session focuses on developing an understanding of the ways that systemic racism, classism, heterosexism, etc create outcome and experiential inequities in early intervention. During this webinar, we'll learn about outcome disparities and their systemic explanations, examine how our cultural identities and implicit biases develop, and begin to understand how the "mythical norm" impacts EI service delivery.
