The Will County AOK Network is hosting their annual Early Childhood Mental Health Conference. This year the keynote speakers are Dr. Heather Walter & Dr. Karin Spencer from Uplift Wellness Collective.
Are you stressed? Who isn’t these days?! As infant and early childhood education and care professionals we juggle varied and demanding roles while working to nurture young children’s optimal development. Let’s discuss recent research about teacher well-being and learn about ways to increase your well-being using strategies based in positive psychology and neurobiology. Finding balance and nurturing your well-being takes some practice; the results can include optimism, more motivation, increased productivity, better relationships, and improved physical health—just to name a few. Begin to rewire your brain for more calm; set yourself on a new path.
