Understanding Treatment approaches for Pediatric Feeding Disorders

Description

This one hour workshop will present on the most commonly used treatment approaches for pediatric feeding disorders and their evidence. This will discuss the framework for using the approach as well as intervention ideas and strategies. The following learning objectives will be met:

- Clinician will be able to describe a child responsive approach to feeding
- Clinician will be able to describe a behavioral approach to feeding therapy
-Clinician will be able to identify at least 2 play based strategies to promote food exposures following a child responsive approach.
- Clinician will be able to name at least 2 external resources and/or trainings that utilize a child responsive approach
