Service Coordinator Reflective Peer groups allows these professional to share ideas, strategies, and solutions to help promote change and positive growth within themselves and the families whom they serve. Services Coordinators are given opportunity to interact in a safe, confidential space, that is judgment free, facilitated by a mental health professional. Self-reflection and introspection are encouraged to help participants use relationship-based approach to interventions.
