Get Connected! Caregiver Conference: "What I Need to Flourish", "What I Need to Access" and "What I Need to Learn"

Description

As we all know, getting information, resources, and support to those who need it most is an ongoing challenge. The goal of this conference is to reach out to caregivers and provide them with the additional support needed to care for an individual with special needs. We have a great line-up of topics and speakers!
As a part of our conference, vendors, such as social service agencies, providers, support groups and assistive technology equipment providers will be available throughout the day to provide additional information and resources to conference participants. We sincerely hope that you will join us for this exciting event and help us spread the word throughout the community!
