Dr. Ochoa will explore with staff the impacts of prenatal substance exposure on development and growth. He will review withdrawal symptoms, both long and short term treatment. We will also talk about how to support the family as a whole as they manage addiction and substance use. The hope is to build awareness and empathy and to ultimately strengthen the therapeutic relationship.
