| Description |
As many parents already know, it is sometimes challenging just to get a toddler to eat, never mind eating healthy! This course will assist the rehab professional in being able to share recipes and ideas on how to get picky eaters eating healthy. The course will also address taste bud development and how to improve and change growing taste buds from bad eating habits into healthy eating habits. Finally, the course will adapt common recipes to allow for improved nutrient content without sacrificing taste.
