This Reflective Peer Groups allow professionals that provide SE services within Early Intervention to share strategies and ideas, and develop ideas to encourage growth and positive change. SE providers get an opportunity to interact in a safe, confidential space, free of judgement, that is facilitated by a mental health professional. Self-reflection and introspection is encouraged to help participants use a relationship based approach to interventions.
