Eligibility is not always clear cut. There are many factors that influence child development, and influence the way a child is able to participate in family activities, routines and relationships. Service coordinators facilitate these eligibility discussions regularly, and it can be challenging to collaborate and come to a consensus at times. This offering will help participants to understand what factors to consider as we support families when determining eligibility for children in the Illinois EI system.
