Description

Managing employees to higher performance can be difficult during stressful situations such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Providing leadership is a process of relationship building and setting goals. How well we lead is related directly to how well you are able to foster a great working relationship with your employees through understanding them and strategic goal setting.

*Participants must attend both sessions in order to receive ANY IL EI credits
