Effects of Positioning on Development in Infants.
Understanding the effects of positioning in the development of infants can allow therapists to position infants in the best possible position from the time they are born to facilitate meeting their developmental milestones. This presentation will discuss different positioning for infants and the detriments and benefits of them for the infants development. It will provide families and providers with intervention strategies to best support the infant.
