Reflective peer groups allow Early Intervention therapists to share ideas and strategies, with the hope to promote professional and personal growth and ultimately lead to a deeper connection and understanding of the families served. Providers get an opportunity to interact in a safe, confidential space that is free of judgement, facilitated by a mental health professional. Self-reflection and introspection is encouraged to help participants use a relationship based approach to intervention.
