Reflective peer groups allow Early Intervention therapists to share ideas and strategies, as well experiences to help encourage not only professional growth but positive change in the families served. Providers get an opportunity to interact in a safe, confidential space that is free of judgement, facilitated by a mental health professional. Self-reflection and introspection is encouraged to help participants use a relationship based approach to intervention.
