Racial Equity and Transforming the Workplace

This workshop is designed to begin the conversation of Racial Equity in the workplace. It will look at relationships within the organization and also with the families we serve. Participants will be encouraged to explore their own cultural and racial history and hear the stories of their colleagues. Through these stories and reflections, participants will be encouraged to hear with empathy and curiosity. Implicit and Explicit biases will be explored as we challenge ourselves to identify goals in addressing our own biases and work toward transforming the workplace environment related to racial equity.
