| Description |
This workshop is designed to offer updated information to CFC #4 service coordinators around Child Outcome Summaries (COS). This will include how to incorporate the process into IFSP meetings, how to encourage providers to share their reports consistent with trainings, and how to support the family to be involved in the process of determining and discussing the COS findings. The workshop will also review new tools designed by the bureau that will assist the IFSP team in identifying information relevant to the COS process. This workshop is related to the work of the SSIP process and CFC #4's work in the pilot project.
