Sharing Family Stories: Case Consultation and Training 10/27/2021

Description

Each month, cases are selected, reviewed, and prepared to create a training opportunity for all of the Service Coordinators at CFC6. The Service Coordinators who present or share their case first engage in guided reflection which helps shape the story and key learning points we share with the group. Each family story also contains training information on the child's diagnosis and/or eligibility as well as resources and supports for the SC, the team, and the family. Reports and IFSPs are also reviewed for quality assurance, feedback is provided to the SC and team and TA on any issues is embedded into the training for the rest of the staff to consider. Providers and families are also invited to share their feedback either live, recorded, or via email to incorporate into the discussion.
