This webinar will focus on developing 'higher level' coaching skills that providers may benefit from in honing their abilities to work with families. Collaborating with parents to identify truly meaningful, individualized goals may be more necessary for some families than others to gain 'maximum buy in' and active participation as an EI team participant. At the same time, deep listening skills, and understanding the concepts of identifying core, 'root needs and motivations' may empower developmental providers to have a more sophisticated approach to creating supportive,positive trusting relationships with caregivers.
