| Description |
Participants will explore how unconscious / implicit biases influence providers in Early Intervention. We will discuss the definition of unconscious bias and 15 different types of biases. We will brainstorm together how unconscious bias might affect how we perceive caregivers and children in the Early Intervention Program.
