This workshop will focus on Reflective Practice in the context of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (I/ECMH) Consultation. Reflective Practice is a cornerstone of effective I/ECMH Consultation and a foundational component of what Consultants provide to their consultees as well as a practice Consultants are encouraged to engage in for their own professional development. As part of this workshop, Reflective Practice in the context of Consultation will be described and Consultants will be encouraged to consider their own reflective experiences for the purpose of being more intentional in the strategies they incorporate into their practice.
