Review of Evaluation/Assessment Documentation Related to Occupational Therapy

Evaluation and assessment template for occupational therapy was reviewed and edited. Discussed changes including adding in OT Practice Framework language, as well as assessment tools to use during evaluations. Lastly, discussed the different domains that occupational therapists can address which include physical, adaptive, cognitive and social emotional.
